Burke Racquet & Swim Club features five tennis courts and one racquetball court. The recently renovated tennis courts feature a state of the art lighting system on five Latexite cushioned courts. The area has a 40-foot ceiling.
The Tennis Instruction covers the entire spectrum-from ages 3 to adults, from beginner to advanced, from instructional to aerobic tennis, from private lessons to class lessons to team practices. The instruction is provided by a staff of certified, experienced pros.
Tennis flights for adults provide competition for members in both singles and doubles of varying levels of play. BR&SC also sponsors men's and women's teams in both the Greater Washington Tennis Association and Northern Virginia Tennis League.
Mixed Doubles groups and Men's Doubles Scrambles provide other outlets for our adult players. During the spring and summer season, BRSC holds many USTA tournaments for both juniors and adults.
Seasonal contract time is available as well as discount cards for random court time. In addition, a ball machine is available for rent.
Quality racquetball courts are located within the clubhouse area. Leagues keep the courts busy. Wallyball is available on the racquetball court. Discount cards are available for random court play.
