MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
Discount Cards
Members can buy a discount card and receive 8 hours of court time at ½ the random cost. This card can only be used with same day reservations.
Seasonal Court Times
Seasonal court time is
reserved for the entire season. Contact the Tennis Director for available times.
Random Court Times
Random court time may be reserved up to three days in advance. If you prefer a guaranteed court time register for the seasonal court time.
Reservations
Reservations can be made up to three days in advance.
Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of court time will be billed to
your account unless BRSC is able to sell the time for you.
Junior Drop-ins
Junior members age 18 and under pay ½ random court fee for drop-in play. No reservations allowed. There shall be no adult(s) playing on the court. Any junior non-member is subject to the guest fee.
Tennis Early-Bird
Available Monday through Friday, open to 9:00am.
EB members may make reservations up to a week in advance.
Advanced EB reservations are limited to 1½ hours per day, 2 days per week. Same day reservations are unlimited.
Non “EB” racquet members playing with an “EB” member shall pay ½ the hourly cost. (Discount cards may be used with same day reservations.)
Cost: $90 per month or $25 per week.
Tennis Ball Machine Rental
1 hour: $12 plus court time
½ hour: $8 plus court time
Tennis Ball Machine Club Membership
Unlimited use of the ball machine (when available)
Annual Cost: $240 per family, $175 per individual (Cost does not include court time)
Specify that you want to use the ball machine when reserving a court.
TENNIS COURT GUIDELINES AND COURTESY
Please:
NO food, gum, nor drink is permitted in the court area other than water.
Appropriate tennis shoes are required. No running shoes, flip-flops, sandals etc…No dark-soled shoes that mark the court.
When the buzzer sounds, finish any point in progress then be prepared to vacate your court.
Enter and exit the court area quietly as not to disturb any play in progress.
Wait for any point in progress to finish before entering your assigned court.
Turn off all cell phones.
Refrain from any loud or abusive language. Limit conversation to game play. Sound carries in the tennis facility. You may not be aware of how loud you sound to others.
If you wish to extend your court reservation contact the front desk to secure a court.
Court fees shall be taken care of prior to entering the tennis facility.
Members are to meet their guests at the front desk to sign them in and pay any guest fees.
Any unpaid court/guest fees will be charged to the member of record.
Damage to the facility resulting from improper conduct will be billed to the member of record.
NO lessons will be given by anyone other than club personnel without prior permission.
Feel free to use the tennis balls and hoppers located behind the court, but please have them picked up and returned to the back area before the end of you reservation.
When using the ball machine be certain to leave enough time to pick up the balls and return the machine to the designated area. It would greatly be appreciated if you would use the roll-dris located behind the court to pick up any felt left on the court.
The remote control for the ball machine may be checked out at the front desk. A copy of instructions for use of the machine are also available, or the staff will be happy to help.
Players shall not enter/exit court area through emergency exits except for in an emergency.
EMERGENCY EXITS are located at both ends of court 5 and directly behind the center of court 1 at the front of the building.
Following these guidelines will make for a more pleasurable playing experience for all.
