KidZone Card Fee: $20
Though you may pay each time you use the KidZone, the easiest way to pay is by purchasing a KidZone Card. This card can be purchased at the front desk. The KidZone attendant will deduct the amount due for each visit and retain the card on file.
For guests or one time usage, you may pay at the front desk and receive a receipt in which you must present to the KidZone attendant as payment.
The KidZone is not open unless you reserve a space for your child(ren) by calling the club or stopping by the Front Desk. They are on a first come, first served basis and can be made up to 7 days in advance. Walk-ins are accepted if space is available.
Virginia State Statute
You may not bring children other than your own to the club’s KidZone unless you have written permission. Parents or legal caregivers must remain in the club the entire time that the child is in the KidZone.
Checking In and Out
Parents and/or legal caregivers are responsible for checking in and out their children. At check in, please let the attendants know of any special needs your child may have (allergies, potty training, needing a meal, etc.). For safety reasons, parents and/or caregivers may be requested to produce identification at checkout.
If a child is disruptive, an attendant may request that a parent or caregiver assist in calming the child or remove the child from the KidZone.
Food, Snacks, Drinks
Ideally, children should be fed before being checked in to the KidZone. Food and snacks are allowed, but NO NUT PRODUCTS ARE PERMITTED. Please provide a list of any allergens your child may have so we know if there will be any interactions.
Infants and toddlers need to be provided with extra diapers, wipes, and a spill-proof cup or bottle for juice or water. Please clearly label your child’s diaper bag and all belongings with first and last names. If needed, labels are provided. If your child is in the process of being potty trained, please make staff aware and make sure s/he is wearing a “pull up”.
Please understand that the following rules are implemented for the well being of all children and our staff:
BRSC reserves the right to refuse your child entrance into the KidZone if they show signs of illness. These signs include, but are not limited to, the following: rash, diarrhea, coughing, fever, thick and/or colored nasal discharge, head lice, any communicable disease (ex., Strep throat, Chickenpox, Impetigo, Conjunctivitis) or has vomited in the past 24 hours. If your child has been confined at home with a communicable disease or an extended illness, a note may be requested before allowing your child to return to the KidZone. Re-admittance is at the discretion of the KidZone staff.
