Let us help you reach your fitness goals & get more from your workout! We are proud to have some of the best nationally-certified group fitness instructors in Northern Virginia teaching our classes. All of our group fitness instructors are certified with top organizations such as ACE, AFAA and AAAI.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

2 X 4 Steps

A high intensity, low impact class using one or multiple steps.

Ball Fusion

Stability balls, bender balls and/or medicine balls my be used to incorporate strength, stretch and/or cardio moves.

Basics
A great beginner workout that combines low impact moves, muscle work and stretching.

Cardio
An aerobic class in which both high & low impact moves are demonstrated by the instructor.

Dance Groove

A cardio workout using dance moves

Express
A shortened fitness class, usually 30 minutes.

Functional Fusion

A fusion of stretches and strengthening using props.

Low Impact
A class using low impact moves in which one foot remains on the floor at all times.

Morning Mash-Up

A fun mix of cardio and strength moves.

Muscle
The muscle conditioning segment of class utilizing weights, bands and balls.

Muscle Conditioning
Class using weights, bands and balls to strengthen the lower & upper body.

On the Ball

Stability ball is used to incorporate both strength and stretch moves.

Pilates Mat
Movements to strengthen the core muscles based on Pilates.

 
 

Power Yoga

A challenging constant flow of yoga postures, bringing breath, balance, strength & flexibility together.

PRT

Power Resistance Training. Strength training using compound moves for a full body workout.

Step
A high intensity, low impact class using the step.

Stretch for Strength
Movements to strengthen and stretch the muscles.

TGIF Stretch and Relax
Your end of the week de-stress class.

X-Training
A challenging cardiovascular workout incorporating hi/lo, sport moves, step, slide and/or stability balls.

Yoga
Stress break for muscle tone, posture, flexibility, and stress relief. Based on ancient art of Hatha (physical) yoga.

Zumba

This dance based class is low impact but has high energy moves.
