Non-members can now drop in on a space available basis to take any class of your choice for a $10.00 drop-in fee.
NEW FITNESS PASS FOR NON-MEMBERS
A new Group Fitness Pass card can be bought at the front desk for $60.00. The card is good for any ten (10) fitness classes, (excluding fee-based classes), Monday through Friday from 12:00 pm to closing.
Either way, they are a GREAT way to exercise with a friend!
Gentle Yoga
This is a gentle yoga class where we will explore some of the foundations of Yoga practice. We will introduce breathing, posture, poses and relaxation techniques. Classes taught by Brauna Carl, AFAA and YogaFit Certified.
If you want to try this great class, you can come in as a “drop in”.

Yoga for Runners and Walkers
This calss will focus on developing the upper body and core strength to improve endurance and performance, increase lower-body flexibility to help prevent injury and build the mind-body connection. Classes taught by Brauna Carl, AFAA and YogaFit Certified.

NEW CHILDREN’S CLASSES
“Children will participate in physical activities leading them to a fun and fit childhood. Keeping kids moving and teaching them the importance of being healthy and physically active are primary goals of this creative program. This program allows kids to escape into their imagination facilitated by well-planned themes, choreography and carefully selected music. They will be directed by the teacher to try each activity, do their best and have fun!”
