Group Fitness
Let us help you reach your fitness goals and get more from every workout! BRSC is proud to have some of the best, nationally-certified group fitness instructors in Northern Virginia.
Members benefit from of a wide variety of fitness classes suited to their individual needs, including cardio, yoga, step, Pilates, and more.
Non-members have the opportunity to try any of our classes before deciding if they want to purchase a membership! We offer a combination of drop-in rates and fitness passes to take advantage of the many classes we have at BRSC.
Non-member drop-in fee $10 per class / Zumba is $6 per class
Non-member Group Fitness Pass $65 for 10 classes (excludes fee-based classes)

Barre Fusion
Strength training using ballet inspired moves, core work, and balance. Props and various balls maybe used

Aerobic class using high- and low-impact moves

Easy, energetic choreographed routines to music
Cardio Interval Retrofit
Simple cardio combos with high-energy intervals ending with mat work

A high-intensity, low-impact class using two steps

A 30-minute aerobic class using high- and low-impact moves
Hatha Yoga
Stress break for muscle tone, posture, flexibility and stress relief based on the ancient art of Hatha (physical) yoga
Mat Pilates
Core strengthening moves based on Joseph Pilates teachings; props may be used
Power Sculpt
Strength training with free weights using various moves and cardio intervals
Power Sculpt & Core
Intervals of cardio, strength and core moves using a Bosu and a stability ball
Sculpt
Muscle conditioning class using various pieces of resistance equipment

A high-intensity, low-impact class using the step
Step / Pilates
A step class followed with a Pilates mat workout
